At 18-years-old, Eric bypassed the typical college route, and moved to LA for an opportunity to intern in the music business.

After proving himself capable at Drive-Thru Records in Woodland Hills.

The internship turned into a position as the assistant to the co-owners of the label where he thrived in this role.

Fast forward a few years with a Bachelor’s degree & trip to Europe under his belt.

Eric found himself working with YouTube channels.

Where he would bring his bright energy to their production teams; while managing their careers & unique personalities behind them.

Former clients include: Rhett & Link, Epic Meal Time, Wassabi Productions, Furious Pete, Spandy Andy, and The Annoying Orange.

After learning the ropes from Dan Weinstein at Collective Digital Studio (now Studio 71 US). Eric was able to orchestrate some pretty unique deals.

One of which allowed him to introduce Rhett & Link to their childhood hero:

MERLE HAGGARD!

One of the proudest moments of his life.

Negotiating terms on behalf of his clients with the internal sales team at CDS gave him his first taste of what the client/agent relationship looks like.

Helping his clients grow their brand through collaborations like NBC Universal’s Despicable Me and Wassabi Productions was one of many ways Eric expanded his client’s business.

For example, NASCAR and YouTube were trying to figure out a way to work together.

So, Eric and the team at CDS pitched the idea of Furious Pete chompin’ down on some Texas BBQ cooked by Epic Meal Time with Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. at the Texas Motor Speedway in Dallas.

Giddy up!!!

Now, Eric utilizes all of this experience in a successful real estate practice based out of Douglas Elliman’s Brentwood office. Where he builds wealth for his clients through the acquisition and sale of land, homes, and investment properties.
